Module capabilities

What the module is built on

Six configuration elements from which the system derives the entire inspection plan and the entire content of each inspection. You set them up once, during rollout.

Plant structure and control points

A Plant → Department → Process → Line → Control point hierarchy. A control point attaches either to a line or directly to a process — for example a cold store not tied to any line.

Inspection type catalogue

A dictionary of HACCP inspection templates: what to inspect, how often and against which form. Frequencies range from hourly to annual, plus ad-hoc inspections.

Versioned inspection forms

A form is built from sections and fields, and publishing locks its structure. New versions are created by cloning — the history of completed inspections stays consistent.

Metric dictionary with tolerances

Measurement parameters (temperature, %O₂, CO₂, pH) defined once, with a nominal value and −/+ tolerance. The same parameter from different forms lands on one trend chart.

Automatic inspection plan generation

You do not hand the system a list of inspections — you give it the rules: control points, frequencies, work shifts and the production calendar. The plan derives itself.

Operators and their availability

Holidays, absences and temporary shift changes are honoured when assigning inspections. Unstaffed inspections show up immediately as “No operator”.

An inspection plan that assembles itself

You do not hand the system a list of inspections to perform — you give it the rules. The plan derives itself from control points, frequencies and the shift calendar.

Planning horizons — For each frequency you decide how far ahead and how far back the system generates inspections.
Work shift calendar — Once-per-shift inspections land in real shift windows, skipping public holidays and non-working days.
Structure calendars — Operators assigned to a process or a line — inspection staffing follows the plant structure.
Operator availability — Holidays, absences and temporary shift changes are honoured automatically when assigning inspections.
A log of every run — Every planning run records what was added and what was skipped — the automation’s decisions can be checked.
Schedule in three sections — Overdue, Today and Upcoming with counters — the full picture without filtering by operator or workstation.

Capture inspections where they actually happen

An operator records a result from the dashboard, from the schedule or from the workstation screen — always on the same form, in the version in force at the time of the inspection.

Operator dashboard — Overdue inspections, today’s inspections and the next 7 days for the currently selected operator.
Workstation measurements — A single-workstation view — convenient on a terminal mounted next to the production line.
Forms with tolerances — Numeric fields assessed against the nominal value and tolerance defined on the metric.
Fields of many types — Number, text, yes/no, single or multiple choice, date — sections and fields per the form definition.
Versioned results — A result is bound to the published form version — changing the definition later does not rewrite history.
Inspection statuses — Completed, to do, overdue, skipped, and no assigned operator.

Execution dashboard and measurement trends

A manager sees execution across the chosen range — a shift, a week or a month. An analyst puts readings of one metric from many forms onto a single chart.

Execution KPIs — Scheduled, completed, to do and overdue — with shift / week / month granularity.
Workstation load — The distribution of inspections across workstations — showing where the plan is unrealistic given staffing.
Delay distribution — Buckets of 0–5, 5–15, 15–30 and over 30 minutes — separating cosmetic delays from systemic ones.
A trend of every reading — The chart plots individual measurements rather than a bucket average — an excursion does not vanish into the mean.
Tolerance band and moving average — LSL and USL derived from the metric, plus a configurable moving-average window that smooths fluctuations.
Cp, Cpk and conformity — Process capability indices together with the count and share of readings outside the tolerance limits.
Hierarchical filters — Narrowing by shift, workstation, operator, and by department, process and line from the plant structure.
