Does the system work on tablets at the production line?
Yes. Ingenes Studio QMS is a web application running in a browser on any device – tablet, PC, operator panel. No installation required.
How does integration with ERP (SAP, IFS, Comarch) work?
We have ready-made connectors to popular ERP systems. Data on orders, batches and raw materials can be synchronized automatically – no manual re-entry.
Can I configure custom non-conformance forms for my process?
Yes. Forms, fields, categories and approval workflows are fully configurable by an administrator without programmer involvement.
How does the system handle batch holds for non-conformances?
When registering a non-conformance you can immediately place a batch hold in the system and notify warehouse/logistics. The hold is tracked until a disposition decision is made.
Does the system support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949?

How long does implementation take?
