Does the system handle OEM-specific requirements (e.g. VW Formel Q, Stellantis APQP)?
Yes. The customer requirements (CSR) module allows you to register specific requirements for each OEM and map them to processes, documents and control modules. We support requirements from VW, Stellantis, Ford, BMW, Toyota and others.
Does the system support the new AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology (2019)?
Yes. DFMEA and PFMEA forms follow the AIAG-VDA 7-step approach. Action Priority (AP) risk assessment replacing traditional RPN is natively supported.
How does the system support VDA 6.3 audits?
The audit module includes a ready-made VDA 6.3 question profile for production processes. Audit results are calculated automatically; findings generate corrective actions.
Can I manage special characteristics (SC/CC/KPC) in the system?
Yes. Special characteristics are flagged in the control plan and linked to SPC parameters. The system automatically verifies that statistical monitoring exists for each SC/CC.
How does integration with ERP (SAP PP/QM) work?
We have a proven integration with SAP QM. Non-conformances, inspection results and batch holds can be synchronized bi-directionally. Integration with other ERPs (IFS, Oracle) is available via REST API.
Does the system support IATF 16949 implementation from scratch?
The system provides the tools required by the standard, but implementing the quality management system is your process. We can show you how to configure the modules for IATF requirements – details on the IATF 16949 page.
