Integrations

QMS connected to the systems already running in your company

Ingenes Studio QMS exchanges data with ERP, MES, WMS, LIMS, customer portals, measuring devices and reporting applications. Integrations reduce manual data entry and keep one consistent quality picture.

What we usually synchronize

The scope is matched to modules and processes. Not every company needs full two-way exchange from day one.

Excel

Excel as a practical data exchange standard

Excel remains a primary tool for collecting and organizing data in many companies. Ingenes Studio QMS is open to this standard during system launch and in everyday user work.

During implementation, input data is often available in Excel sheets: supplier lists, document registers, equipment, training records, nonconformity registers, dictionaries or historical data. We provide tools that automate preparation, validation and batch import into the system.

Implementation data import

Excel sheets can feed the system with initial data. Imports include column mapping, required field checks, format validation and an error report before saving data.

Migration automation

For larger scopes we prepare templates and import tools that reduce manual re-entry and speed up module launch.

Export lists to Excel

Every system list can be exported to Excel, so users can quickly prepare summaries, ad hoc analyses or share data outside the system.

Transition work

If part of the process still relies on spreadsheets, a transition stage can be planned: Excel remains the data source while QMS gradually takes control of the process.

Integration methods

REST / JSONOpenAPIOAuth2SAML 2.0CSV / XLSXXMLSQL viewswebhooksevent queuesaudit log

REST API

Best for online exchange, custom applications, portals and process automation.

Webhooks

Event notifications: new complaint, status change, CAPA closure, batch hold.

File imports

Practical for older systems: CSV, XLSX, XML or scheduled generated files.

Database and views

Controlled access to reporting data, integration views and data warehouses.

How we deliver integrations

01

Data map

We define data sources, owners, synchronization frequency and flow direction.

02

Integration contract

We define fields, validations, identifiers, error handling and security rules.

03

Implementation and testing

We build the connector, test edge cases and confirm data consistency.

04

Monitoring

After launch we monitor logs, error queues, retries and synchronization completeness.

Do you have a system that should exchange data with QMS?

We will prepare the integration scope, data map and recommended connection method for your environment.
