Absence reports
The module allows you to register and monitor all employee absences, such as sick leave, occasional leave or unplanned absences. Automatic notifications and reporting enable quick response to staff shortages, and integration with HR systems streamlines payroll calculation and settlements.


Delegations
The module is used to manage the employee delegation process, including submitting applications, acceptance, booking means of transport and hotels, and settling travel costs. It allows for the registration of expenses, generation of reports, and integration with the policy of settling allowances and mileage. Thanks to this, employees can quickly and efficiently report delegations, and the company maintains full control over the costs and documentation of business trips.
Remote work
The module allows for submitting and approving remote work applications, in accordance with the organization's policy. It allows for monitoring the number of days worked outside the office, tracking approved applications and integration with the company calendar. Additionally, it can include functions for reporting on the effectiveness of remote work and managing equipment and access to IT systems.


On Boarding
and Off Boarding
The module supports the process of introducing new employees (onboarding) and managing their departure from the company (offboarding). It allows for the automation of activities such as preparing documents, assigning equipment, access to systems, planning initial training and monitoring the progress of introducing a new employee. In the case of offboarding, the module helps in carrying out the necessary formalities, returning equipment and deactivating access to systems.
Employee training and evaluation
The module enables the management of training and periodic assessments of employees. It allows planning of internal and external trainings, assigning courses to employees and monitoring their progress. In terms of employee assessments, the module supports the processes of periodic assessment of competencies, collecting 360° feedback, as well as analysis of results, which facilitates making decisions regarding promotions and career development.

A module dedicated to managing online training, enabling the creation and sharing of e-learning courses for employees. It allows for tracking progress, conducting tests and certifying participants. Thanks to integration with HR systems and automatic notifications, the module streamlines the process of continuous improvement of employee competences, eliminating the need to organize traditional stationary training.
