Additionally, it allows for tracking of warranties, technical inspections and repair history, which supports effective management of IT resources and minimizes operational downtime.
Measuring devices
The module supports the recording and management of measuring devices used in quality control and production processes. It allows tracking of calibration, standardization and technical inspection dates, which ensures compliance with quality and metrology standards. Automatic notifications of approaching inspection dates help maintain continuity and accuracy of measurements.


Blades register - knives
A module dedicated to the record of blades and knives used in production processes. It allows control over their issuance, returns and consumption, which allows minimizing the risk related to work safety. The module can also support the registration of knife replacement and sharpening, is compliant with the requirements of ISO 22000:2018, BRC, HACCP
Register plastic glass
The module enables keeping records of damaged production elements made of plastic and glass, such as lighting fixtures, covers or other components. Recording damage is a key requirement of ISO and BRC standards, aimed at preventing product contamination and increasing safety in the production process. The module allows documenting events, identifying sources of damage, monitoring preventive actions and generating audit reports. Thanks to this, the organization can effectively minimize the risk of product contamination and meet the requirements of quality and food safety management systems.
